We are a Little League baseball program operating in Newton, Massachusetts under a charter granted by Little League Incorporated. We are in our 57th year of operation.

We are operated by a Board of Directors elected annually by our membership.

To play in our league in 2008, you must be between 7 and 12 years old as of April 30, 2008, and must reside in either the Angier, Countryside or Zervas school district of Newton MA. These age and residence requirements are strict.

In the 2007 season, over 400 boys and girls played baseball in our League.

• Developmental, skill instructional A-level League for ages 7-8.
• Developmental league AA-level League where we introduce live pitching by players for the first time.
• AAA is a Division for more senior and skilled players who were not drafted into the Majors, and is designed to offer a competitive experience comparable to the Majors. It will typically consist of 10-11 year-olds and the most skilled 9 year olds who will be selected by draft.
• A competitive Major League for ages 9-12. Children playing in the Major League must try out; once drafted by a team, they remain in the Major League for the balance of their Little League careers.

We also offer a fall baseball season, which starts after Labor Day and extends until mid-October.

In addition, we participate annually in the Little League World Series Tournament with a team of players selected from the Major League level by the Major League Managers.
